Banana Rolls

Ingredients:

Ripen banana - 2

Bombay rava - 1 and half cup

chopped coconut - 1/2cup

Chopped Jaggery - 1/2 cup

Salt - little

Oil - According to the need

Preparation:

1. Take the pulp of the ripen banana in to a bowl.

2. Now knead chopped jaggery into the pulp of the ripen banana.

3. Take care that there won't be any lumps in the mixture.

4. Now add salt in this mixture.

5. Then add Bombay Rava in it and slowly mix it.

6. Let it soak for half an hour.

7. After half an hour, make this mixture into small balls.

8. Now place a bowl on the stove and add some oil in it so that we can deep fry.

9. Then fry these small balls made of banana mixture until they change their color into golden brown .

10. Now take a serving plate and spread a tissue paper on it.

11. After the banana balls fry take them on to the serving plate. As the tissue paper is spread on the serving plate, the oil will be absorbed from the banana balls.

12. Therefore, Banana balls are ready.

Banana balls is a different kind of dish. It is sweet in taste. Actually people use banana to eat directly as it is a fruit. But we prepared a sweet with it. It is very easy and interesting to prepare. We can prepare it with in no time. There is no need do hard work for preparing this. This dish looks like hot but it is sweet in taste. Kids love to have them. Everyone can have it. The people who does not like to have banana can have it in this manner. It is very good for health. We cannot store them.
