Ingredients for Mango kalakand:

Mangoes - 3

Lemon juice - 3 spoons

Milk - 2 litres

Sugar - 3 cups

Ghee - 2 Spoons

Badam - 2 Spoons

Pista - few

Kaju - 10

Preparation of Mango kalakand:

1. Wash Mangoes thoroughly and peel the skin of them.

2. Cut them into pieces and grind them using mixy. Finally mango puree will form.

3. Now place a bowl on the stove and add milk in it.

4. Let the milk get boil.

5. Then off the flame.

6. After the milk get cool then add lemon juice in it so that milk get break.

7. After 10 minutes take this broken milk in a clean cloth and tye the cloth tightly.

8. Now keep weight on it.

9. Then kova will be formed.

10. Now soak kaju in hot water for one hour and grind a little. but kaju should not be like paste.

11.Place another bowl on the stove , then add mango puree and sugar in it.

12. Mix them finely and let them cook for sometime.

13. When the mixture gets thicken then add ghee, pista and badam.

14. Apply ghee to a plate and pour the mixture on it.

15. Cut the mixture into pieces when it is bit hot.

16. Therefore, Mango kalakand is ready.
