masala

Ingredients:

Capsicum – 5

Potatoes – 2

Green peas – 2 spoons

Onions chop – 1 cup


Turmeric powder – 1 Pinch

Chili powder – 1 Pinch

Garamasala – ¼ spoon

Salt – according to taste.

Oil – according to need

Preparation of masala capsicum :

1.Wash capsicum and potato thoroughly with water .

2.Then boil capsicum and potato separately.

3.After they get cool then remove from the bowl and peel the skin of the potato.

4.Now place a bowl on the stove and add 2 spoons of oil in it.

5.Let it get heated.

6.Now add onions in it and let them fry , change into gold color.

7.Then add green peas, salt, garamasala and potato paste.

8.Mix them finely and let them cook for sometime.

9.Nowhole for the boiled capsicum and the seeds.

10.Now stuff these capsicums with mixture which we just cooked.

11.Now place a wide bowl on the stove.

12.Add oil in it.

13.Place the stuffed capsicum on the oil and reduce the flame.

14.Let them cook for sometime.

15.Now garnish with paneer chop, coriander chop and tomato pieces in wheel shape.

16.Therefore, masala capsicum is ready
