Ingredients of chana dal Onion chapatti :

Chana dal – 1 cup

Wheat flour – ½ cup

Green chili paste – 2 spoons

Ginger Garlic paste – 1 spoon

Chopped onion - ½ cup

Pudeena – little

Coriander – little

Curry leaf – little

Salt – according to taste

Oil – little

Preparation of Chana dal onion chapatti:

1.Take a boil

2.Add maida, wheat flour and 1 spoon oil.

3.Mix them finely.

4.Now take another bowl.

5.Add some water and chana dal.

6.Let it soak for 3 hours.

7.Then grind it finely.

8.Now add green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped onions, pudeena, coriander, curry leaf.

9.Now again grind them finely.

10.Therefore, the mixture gets harden a little bit.

11.Now make that mixture into small balls.

12.Now take the maida mixture and make it into chapati’s and place these chanadal ball on the chapatti.

13.Then close on all sides of the chana ball with the chapatti

14.Now place this chapatti on the pan and fry them on both sides with oil.

15.Therefore, Chanadal onion chapatti is ready.
