Pumpkin sweet / Gummadi kai sweet


Ingredients of Pumpkin sweet / gummadi kai sweet:

Ripen pumpkin chop – 1 Cup

Kova – 1 Cup

Kaju, Pista, Badam – ½ cup

Ghee – 2 table spoons

Silver paper – 1

Preparation of Pumpkin Sweet / gummadi kai sweet:

1.Kaju, Pistha and badam chop slightly .

2.Now fry these in ghee

3.Place a thick bowl on the stove.

4.Add pumpkin, kova in it

5.Let them get cook, you keep on stirring.

6.Let them cook until the water gets evaporates.

7.Now add the fried kaju, pista, badam and ghee.

8.Mix them finely

9.Now apply ghee to a plate.

10.Then pour the mixture in the plate

11.Spread the mixture equally.

12.When this gets cool, then place it in the freeze.

13.Let it be for 2 hours

14.When the mixture gets harden then garnish it with silver foil

15.Now cut into pieces and serve in plates.

16.Therefore pumpkin sweet is ready.
