Kova gulab

 

Ingredients of Kova Gulab Jam:

Sugar less kova – 1 cup

Chopped paneer – 1 cup

Maida – 1 table spoon

Sugar – 1 ½ cup

Ghee – according to requirement

Elachi powder – 1 spoon

Preparation of kova gulabjamun:

1.Place a bowl on the stove.

2. Now add sugar and water in it.

3. Let them boil for some time and finally it form sugar syrup.

4.Then sprinkle elachi powder in it and now off the flame.

5.Take kova, paneer chop, maida in a bowl.

6.Knead them like a paste.

7.Now apply ghee to your hand and make this paste into small balls.

8.Now place another bowl on the stove.

9.Add ghee and let the ghee melt completely.

10.Then add these balls in it and fry them.

11.These should be fried slowly as they are so delicate.

12.When they change to golden yellow in color until that let them fry.

13.Now place them in the sugar syrup which we prepared before.

14.Garnish with kaju and cherry.

15.Therefore, Kova Gulabjam is ready.

About Kova Gulabjamunun recipe :

Most of us know normal Gulabjam made of Swaithic gulab jamun or MTR gulabjamun, but Kova Gulabjamun  is a variety recipe which is like normal gulabjam but made of Kova. Same process of normal gulabjamun just we use kova and paneer. Very amazing in taste. There is no need of work hard to prepare this. Very interesting recipe. All age group people can have it.
