Veggi Bread 

Ingredients for veggi bread :

  • Long Bread - 1
  • Cabbage chop - 2 spoons 
  • Cheeze - little 
  • Carrot - 1 (Vertically finely chopped) 
  • Onions - 1/2 choped 
  • Tomato sauce - 1/4 spoon 
  • Red chili powder - 1/4 spoon 
  • Green chili sauce - 1/4 spoon

Preparation of Veggi Bread:

  1. Cut the length of the bread at the middle and apply sauses to it.
  2. Then add all the vegetables chop and then bake it for 30 minutes in oven. 
  3. Therefore, Veggi Bread is ready.

Egg soup

Ingredients for egg soup :

  • Eggs - 3 
  • Coriander chop - 1/4 spoon 
  • Green chili - 
  • Cinnamon - small piece 
  • Cloves - 3 
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 2 spoons
  • Ginger Garlic chop - 1 spoon
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 spoon
  • Oil - 2 spoons
  • Salt - according to the requirement
  • Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
  • Pudeena - garnish

Preparation of Egg soup:

  1. Take Egg yolk in bowl and add salt and chili powder.
  2. Mix them finely.
  3. then pour this mixture in cooker and cook it for 10 minutes without keeping whistle.
  4. Then the mixture becomes into cheese form.
  5. Now cut it into pieces.
  6. Boil tomato in water and then take its pulp.
  7. Then grind these tomato pulp with coriander.
  8. Now place a bowl on the stove.
  9. Add a spoon of oil in it.
  10. Then fry these egg mixture pieces.
  11. Then remove these pieces in a plate.
  12. Now add some oil in the same bowl.
  13. Then add cinnamon, cloves, ginger garlic chop.
  14. Let them fry for some time.
  15. Then add ginger garlic paste and green chili.
  16. After few minutes, add tomato and coriander puree mixture.
  17. Let it cook for sometime.
  18. Then add turmeric, salt and sufficient water.
  19. when the water boiled then add fried egg mixture pieces and pepper powder
  20. After 5 minutes add pudeena and off the flame.
  21. Therefore, Egg soup is ready.
