While purchasing vegetables in the market we feel like purchasing mushrooms but as we do not have idea of cooking them, we won’t go near them. Actually we can prepare very tasty items with mushrooms. So let us see some of heavenly tasty Mushroom Recipes.

Mushroom Bonda

Ingredients of Mushroom Bonda

  • Mushrooms – 200g
  • Peas – 200g
  • Chili powder – 1 spoon
  • Pudeena – 1 Bunch
  • Garamasala – 1 spoon
  • Salt – According to the taste
  • Rava – ¼ Kg
  • Maida – ¼ Kg
  • Lemon Juice – 5 spoons
  • Potato – ¼ Kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Spoons
  • Oil – According to need
  • Onion – 2
  • Chopped coriander – ¼ cup

Preparation of Mushroom Bonda :

  1. Wash Mushrooms, Potatoes and peas with water finely.
  2. Then boil them each separately in water.
  3. Now take maida, Rava, oil and sufficient water in a bowl.
  4. Mix them finely.
  5. The mixture must be slippery
  6. Now place a wide bowl on the stove and add oil in it.
  7. Then add chopped onions and let them fry for few minutes.
  8. Now add boiled Mushrooms, Peas, and Potatoes in it.
  9. Then add salt according to the taste, chili powder, chopped pudeena, Chopped coriander, garamasala, and ginger garlic paste.
  10. Mix them finely.
  11. After 2 minutes add lemon juice and then off the flame.
  12. Therefore, curry for bonda is ready.
  13. Now mold this curry mixture into small balls of lemon size.
  14. Then dip these balls in to the maida mixture and fry them in oil finely until they change into gold brown in color.
  15. Therefore, Mushroom Bonda is ready. 

Mushrooms Soup 

Ingredients of Mushroom Soup:

  • Mushroom – 200g
  • Onion – 1
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ spoons
  • Maida – 1 Spoon
  • Butter – 1 Spoon
  • Milk – 1 Cup
  • Water – 3 Cups
  • Sugar – Pepper Powder
  • Salt – According to the taste

Preparation of Mushroom soup:

  1. Chop Mushrooms and Onions separately.
  2. Place a bowl on the stove, add water, chopped mushrooms, Onions and ginger garlic paste in it.
  3. Let them boil for some time.
  4. Melt butter in another bowl and then add maida in it.
  5. Now mix this mixture in milk.
  6. Then grind the boiled Mushrooms with the boiled water using mixy.
  7. This forms like a thick liquid.
  8. Now filter this liquid and then add maida mixed milk.
  9. Then boil this mixture for 10 minutes.
  10. Then off the flame.
  11. Therefore, Mushroom soup is ready.

About Mushroom soup:

This is really yummy in taste. While having this mushroom soup we have to add salt, pepper and sugar. Soups should always take warm. 

Mushroom Upma

Ingredients for Mushroom Upma :

  • Rava – 1 cup
  • Coconut Milk – 2 cups
  • Mushrooms – 100g
  • Onions – 2
  • Green Chili – 5
  • Musturd seeds – 1 spoon
  • Toor Dal – 1 spoon
  • Chana dal – 1 spoon
  • Salt – According to taste
  • Oil – 4 spoons
  • Ghee – 1 Spoon
  • Kaju – few
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ spoons

Preparation of Mushroom Upma:

  1. Place a wide bowl on the stove.
  2. Fry Rava in it without adding Oil.
  3. Then take this fried Rava in a bowl and keep it aside.
  4. Now add oil in the bowl which is on the stove.
  5. Then add Mustard seeds, toor dal, chana dal, Kaju and let them fry.
  6. Now add onion chop, Green chili chop and mushrooms.
  7. Let them fry completely.
  8. Then add coconut milk, salt, turmeric powder and ghee.
  9. While the coconut milk is getting boiled in this mixture, add the fried rava in it.
  10. When the rava gets cook finely and the mixture become thick, then off the flame.
  11. Therefore, Mushroom Upma is ready.

Mushroom Manchuria

Ingredients for Mushroom Manchuria:

  • Small size Mushrooms – 200g
  • Maida – 1 Cup
  • Corn Flour – ½ cup
  • Besan powder – ½ Cup
  • Salt – According to taste.
  • Ajinomoto (taste salt) – ¼ spoons
  • Tomato Sauce – 1 Spoon
  • Soya sauce – 1 Spoon
  • Garamasala – 1 Spoon
  • Chili powder – 1 Spoon
  • Onion chop – ¼ Cup
  • Chopped Green chili – 2 spoons
  • Cooking Soda – 1 Pinch
  • Oil – According to need for fry
  • Chopped Coriander – Little

Preparation of Mushroom Manchuria:

  1. Wash mushrooms finely with water.
  2. Take maida, Corn flour, besan powder, cooking soda and water.
  3. Mix them finely. 
  4. Now place a wide bowl on the stove and add oil in it.
  5. Then dip the mushrooms in the maida mixture and fry in the oil until the mushroom changes to brown in color.
  6. Now take these fried mushrooms into a plate.
  7. Then add oil in to the same bowl where we have fried mushrooms. 
  8. Now add Onions and green chili chop and let them fry.
  9. Then add Mushroom Manchuria in it 
  10. Then add tomato sauce, Soya sauce, Vinegar, Ajinomoto, Garamasala, Chili powder and sprinkle some water.
  11. After 5 minutes sprinkle coriander chop
  12. Therefore, Mushroom Manchuria is ready.

Mushroom fritters

Ingredients for mushroom fritters:

  • Mushrooms – 200g
  • Lemon juice – Little
  • Maida – ½ cup
  • Eggs – 1
  • Cooking Soda – ½ spoon
  • Oil – According to the need for fry
  • Salt – According to the taste
  • Pepper powder – ½ spoons

Preparation of mushroom fritters:

  1. Separate white egg yolk and yellow egg yolk.
  2. Take Mushrooms, Lemon juice, maida, yellow egg yolk, cooking soda, salt and pepper powder in a bowl.
  3. Mix them finely and kneed them.
  4. Now place this mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 
  5. Then take the mixture out and add white egg yolk in it. 
  6. Place a bowl on the stove and add oil into the bowl for deep fry.
  7. Now drop the mixture as pakoda form.
  8. Then let them fry until they change into golden color.
  9. Therefore, Mushroom Fritters are ready.
