We have entered into summer season now and it is very hot. So to have instant relief and improve energy in our immune system. Therefore, we can prepare healthy summer drinks at home itself using Ginger, mango, rose petals, watermelon etc. Let us know about their recipes in detail.

Ginger Fruit Punch

Ingredients

Ginger – 8 inches piece

Sugar – 1 cup

Lemon Juice – 1 cup

Orange Juice – 1 ½ cup

Coldwater – 3 cups

Method of preparation 

1. Remove the peel of the ginger and chop finely. 

2. Boil ginger chops, sugar in water. 

3. After they get boil then remove the lid of the pan and let them boil for 15 minutes. 

4. Now filter this mixture finely and let it get cool. 

5. Then add orange juice and lemon juice to that mixture. 

6. Mix them finely and place in refrigerator. 

7. Therefore, you have served by adding some water and some mixture and a few ice cubes.

Rose Sharbat

Ingredients

Fresh Rose petals – 1 ½ cup

Boiled water – 3 ¼ cup

Cardamom seeds – ¼ tea spoon

Sugar – 3 ¼ cup

Lemon Juice – ¼ cup

Coriander seeds Juice – 3 ¼ cup

Cold water – 5 cups

Method of preparation 

1. Finely crush the rose petals. 

2. Then take this crushed paste into a big bowl. 

3. Then add boiling water in it. 

4. Now add cardamom seeds in it and close it with a lid. 

5. Let be like that for the whole night, so that the paste gets soaked. 

6. Then filter this rose mixture using thin cloth.

7. Now add sugar into the rose water. 

8. Then take hot water in a wide bowl. 

9. Then place the bowl with rose water in it and leave it until the sugar in the rose water gets melted completely. 

10. After sugar gets completely melt, again filter the rose water. 

11. Let the mixture get cool. 

12. Now add pomegranate juice, lemon juice, Coldwater. 

13. Mix them finely and serve this rose sharbat in glasses by adding ice cubes.

Aam ka panna

Ingredients 

Raw mangoes – 2

Cumin seeds powder – 2 tea spoon

Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon

Black salt – according to taste

Asafetida – ¼ tea spoon

Sugar – ¼ cup

Method of preparation 

1. Finely wash mangoes. 

2. Then cut the mangoes into pieces. 

3. Now cook these mango pieces using pressure cooker. 

4. When the cooker gets cool then take the cooked mango pieces out and remove their skin. 

5. Take those mango pieces into a bowl. 

6. Now add cumin seed powder, pepper powder, black salt, asafetida, sugar. 

7. Mix them finely. 

8. After the sugar gets completely melt then take this mixture equally into the glasses and then add cold water in the remaining empty space in the glass. 

9. Now add ice cubes in it. 

10. Therefore, Aam ka panna is ready.

Watermelon sharbat

Ingredients

Water melon – 2 (smaller)

Orange juice – ½ cup

Lemon juice – ¼ cup

Essence – 4 spoons

Method of preparation

1. Remove the skin and seeds of water melon carefully. 

2. Now take the pulp into a juicer. 

3. Then add essence, lemon juice, and orange juice. 

4. Mix them finely using beater.

5. Then place this mixture in refrigerator and later serve it.
