It is very difficult to prepare juices daily with mangoes, grapes, ginger, orange. So what we need to do for having juice daily? Simply prepare squash and store in refrigerator. Therefore, we can have juice whenever we want. The squash is always thick, so while having we need to add some water and have.

Mango Squash


  • Mango Pulp - 1/2 litre
  • Sugar - 1/2 kg
  • Mango emulsion - 1 table spoon
  • Lime salt - 10 grams
  • sodium benzoate- 1/2 spoon

Method of preparation

  1. Boil mango pulp for few minutes.
  2. Then off the flame.
  3. Later boil water in a pan by adding a glass of sugar.
  4. Let the one thread sugar syrup form.
  5. When the mango pulp gets cool a bit then add it in the sugar syrup.
  6. Then mix them thoroughly.
  7. Now add mango emulsion and remaining all ingredients in it.
  8. Then thoroughly again.
  9. Take this mixture into a bottle and store. 
  10. Whenever you want to have mango juice then you can take 1/4 of mango squash into the glass and 3/4th of water.
  11. Mix them finely and serve by adding Ice cubes in it or by freezing it.

Grape Squash


  • Seedless Grapes - 1kg
  • Sugar - 1 1/2 kg
  • water - 1 1/2 glass
  • Lime salt - 2 spoons
  • Sodium benzoate - 1/4 spoon
  • Tonovin essence - 1/2 spoon 

Method of Preparation 

  1. Boil sugar in 1/2 litre of water until it forms a sugar syrup.
  2. Now make the pulp of grapes and cook it on the other side  of the stove.
  3. Then off the flame when the grape pulp becomes thick. But if it is more thicker then add little water in it.
  4. When the sugar syrup gets cool then add it in the grape pulp.
  5. Mix them finely and now add lime salt, sodium benzoate, tonovin essence.
  6. Mix them thoroughly once again.
  7. Therefore, Grapes Squash is ready.

Ginger Lime Squash


  • Sugar - 2 Cups
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Ginger - small piece
  • Lemon - 4 (Big)
  • Yellow Food color - little
  • Potassium Metabisulphite - 1/4 spoon

Method of preparation 

  1. Remove the skin of Ginger and grind it using mixy. While grinding add water in it so that it form a bit slippery pulp.
  2. Now extract juice from lemon.
  3. Take sugar, water, ginger pulp in a thick bowl and cook on the stove.
  4. Keep stirring until the mixture completely boils.
  5. After sometime it forms into sugar syrup.
  6. Then off the flame when it.
  7. When it gets cool then add food color, lemon juice, potassium metabisulphite in it.
  8. Mix them finely.
  9. when you want to have ginger lime juice, just take 1/4 th of ginger lime squash and 3 1/4th of water in a glass.

Orange Squash


  • Orange Juice - 1/4 litre
  • Sugar - 1/2 kg
  • Lime Salt - 1 1/2 spoon
  • Ornage color - little
  • Orange Emulsion - 1 Table spoon
  • Potassium metabisulphite - 1/4 spoon

Method of preparation 

  1. Boil sugar in half glass of water.
  2. Reduce the flame and keep on stirring until the sugar completely melts, then forms 2 thread sugar syrup.
  3. Then off the flame
  4. When it gets cool then mix orange juice, lemon salt, orange color, orange emulsion and later add potassium metabisulphite.
  5. Mix them thoroughly and take the mixture into a bottle, then store.

Jack fruit squash


  • Thick Jack fruit juice - 1 litre
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Lime salt - 2 table spoons
  • sodium benzoate - 1 spoon
  • lemon yellow color - 1/4 spoon
  • pineapple emulsion - 1/2 spoon

Method of preparation 

  1. Boil sugar and Jack fruit juice separately.
  2. After the sugar melts completely and forms sygar syrup and jack fruit juice becomes thick. Now  mix both finely and then add other remaining ingredients in it one by one. 
  3. Thereforem Jack fruit Squash is ready.
