Vegetable soup is very delicious and also good for health. The soup is also very healthy as it contains vegetables. Vegetable soup is easy to make and serve in very short time.

Ingredients Required:

1.Take a cup of chopped vegetables such as carrot,beans,betroot,cauliflower,mushrooms etc..

2.Two to three tablespoons of cornflower powder

3.Six cups of water.

4.Salt and pepper

Method

1. Pour water into the pan and start boiling it.

2. At the same time mix the cornflower powder with some quantity water.

3. Put the powder mix into the boiling water and stir for some time.

4. Add the vegetables when the water is clear.

5. Stop boiling in 4 minutes and add salt,pepper for good taste

6.Enjoy the soup.
