Ingredients:

1) 2 cup grated coconut

2)6-7 garlic flakes

3)8-10 currey leaves

4)5 tbsp curd

5)2 green chillies

6)salt to taste

For baghar:

1)1 tsp mustard seeds

2)2-3 dry red chillies

3)5-6 curry leaves

4)1 tsp oil

Method:

1)Blend all the ingredients of chutney in a blender and refrigerate

2)In a microwave safe bowl add oil and microwave for 30 seconds at 100% high power.Add all the ingredients for baghar and microwave for 2- 3 mins at 100% power.Stir in between

3)Add baghar to coconut chutney and serve with idli,vada and dosa
