INGREDIENTS:

10 medium sized potatoes
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste

PREPARATION:

1. First wash and peel the potatoes and slice them into thin pieces.
2. Put the slices into a bowl of cold water and set aside for about an hour or set the whole bowl in the refrigerator if you want.
3. Now dry well by shaking them in a towel.
4. Fry in hot oil at 390 degrees, until they turn into a light golden brown.
5. Drain on paper towels to remove the excess oil.
6. Now add salt lightly.
