CARAMEL12 This is one of my favorite recipe mainly because its that easy to make.My relative taught me this and i use to make it whenever i have guest at home.As the title states its a pudding with caramel flavour.Not much ingredients needed.The stirring part is a bit time consuming,but its worth all the effort!

 

INGREDIENTS

* MILK - 2 cups

* SUGAR - 1 cup

* EGGS - 4

* VANILLA ESSENCE - 4 drops

MATERIALS

*Pan with lid that fit in the cooker

*Pressure Cooker

PREPARATION

*Mix thoroughly all the ingredients..milk,sugar,eggs and essence.

*Prepare Caramel syrup : Melt sugar in a round pan (this must fit the pressure cooker).Once you achieve a golden brown colour (liquid form) spread it uniformly in the pan

*Pour the batter into the pan and close it tightly (tie the lid with a cloth and thread)

*Keep this in pressure cooker and pour water at a height half of the pan.

*Keep the cooker on flame without weight for 30 minutes(see that water doesn't get drained)

*After 30 minutes,take out the pan,open the lid,keep a plate there and TILT it..

Voila !!! Nice pudding is ready.Now KEEP THIS IN FRIDGE AND LET IT COOL.It will be just like in the picture.Cut it and serve.The syrup will make it more yummy!.I am sure you are gonna love this!
