sleepDo you get sleep easily every night? Is getting sleep at night hard for you? This article is then for you. We all have already heard a lot about advantages getting a proper sleep at night. Getting proper sleep is important for health and to stay away from diseases. For some people having six hours sleep is enough and for some eight hours is also less. Different people have different requirement of sleep due to their different  types of works and efforts.People who do lot of hard work may require more sleep than others . When a person's health is not well he may require more sleep than what he wants normally. A person may become weak if he doesnt gets proper sleep at night.

Our Body performs lot of activities at night during sleep. Many hormones are released during sleep. One of the important hormone growth hormone is released by the body during the sleep.If one doesnt get proper sleep he may get affected by diseases and may get injured even when something small hits to him. Sleep is required to maintain the vitamins and minerals level in the body. One may not realise the importance of sleep unless one doesnt suffer from the problem of lack of sleep.

Firstly, One needs to change his bad habits to get a proper sleep. One must avoid doing the following things.

1. Stop drinking alcohol-  Alcohol is not good to health . It caused lot of problems. Alcohol may also lead to sleeping problems.

2. Avoid smoking - One should avoid smoking it causes health problems which may in turn not allow you to sleep properly.

3. Avoid going to late night parties - When one goes to late night partied a lot one may get habituated to it and so therefore must avoid it.

4. Avoid working in call centres or other night shift jobs - One should try to avoid working in night shift jobs. It affects the normal schedule of a perosn. One may not get proper sleep if one works in call centres or other night shift jobs.

5.Avoid watching tv late night or eating dinner very late in night. It affects the daily sleep routine.

To get proper sleep one must avoid such things . There are some ways by which one can get proper sleep at night they are as follows

1. Maintain a daily time table - One must have a proper time table and also schedule their sleep timings. If the regular timings of sleeping get affected one may fail to get a proper sleep . But if proper schedule of sleeping hours is made one gets proper sleep daily.

2. Do exercise daily - To get proper sleep one can do exercise daily . Doing exercise daily makes a person tired which in turn helps him to get proper sleep.

3. Sleep on a good bed - The thing on which you sleep also affect its. If your bed is comfortable then you may easily get sleep daily.

4. Listening to music daily - If you are suffering from stress or not able to get proper sleep. If you listen to good music daily it may change your mind and help you to get proper sleep.

5.Get a massage - If you have body pain or any other muscular pain in body then you might not get proper sleep thats why if one gets a good massage done then he may be able to get a good night sleep.

Thus many people suffer from sleeping problem but there are a lot of ways by which one can get proper sleep.
