Cold water bath gives lot of relaxation to us in summer. This helps us in being happy, active and healthy. When cold water fall on our body then the muscles and nerves get contract and then the stress in our body increases, blood circulation starts.  Due to this, blood circulation gets active and the waste in our body will go out then our skin will become beautiful. The cold water helps in removing dead cells and makes the skin fresh. Therefore, our skin gets a special glow. The glands which make our skin smooth will be protected by cold water as it does let these glands get dry.

                The hot water makes the skin pore open. Due to this, dandruff, allergy problem will arise. But with cold water such problems does not arise. If yours is dry skin then you need to bath with hot water for some time and then cold water. So that the skin pores which got open will be closed. Then the people who have dry skin for them problem does not occur. For washing hair, if you follow same procedure then there will be no dandruff problem. Getting stuck in traffic jams will make you feel stress at your working place. So to get away from all these problems the best suggestion is having cold water bath.

                To get rid of stress most of sportsmen follow this only and they too get all the salt and vitamin which they lost through sweating. Cold water restricts sweating. Cold water helps in reducing weight also.

                Due to sun stroke, body gets weak then the organs in the body does not work well as the effect of weakness will be. Due to this stress on heart increases and it can produce sufficient blood to the body. So finally headache occurs. If this continues like this then there will are many problems arise in future. To get rid of the less blood production from heart the best tip is having cold water bath as it recovers all the stress in the body then heart will become more active and circularity system also will be active.

                When we perform exercises then sometimes our muscles get struck and we even get pain. At that time we should take cold water bath and later Espuma salt mixed hot water then pains will get relax.While taking bath with cold water without our knowledge we take deep breath which is very good for our health. Due to this, our brain receives enough oxygen and stress will go away.At least we need to take cold water bath 3 times in a week as it increasing healing capacity of our body. By cold water bath, we can control cancer as it help white blood vessels production.

                Having cold water is really good for us in summer. But most of us have ice water as cold water. But it is not at all good. In one glass of ice water we can have 2 glasses of normal cold water.
