Sabja seeds:


These seeds reduces our body heat completely. these seeds are very good for health. But most of the people don't know how to use these seeds. We should soak 2 spoons of these seeds in glass of water. Let them get soak for 4 to 5 hours, so that they become soft and even bulge. Now we should add these bulged seeds in another glass of water and add sugar or honey it. Then mi them finely.Now have it. It is good for health. If we make puree of these seeds and mix with honey. Then apply this mixture to your face and massage for 2 minutes. After 10 minutes when it starts drying then wash it with cold water. Then your skin look more beautiful.

Toddy Palm seeds:


These are availalbe in this spring season only. These are very good for our health. These control heat in our body and even help to give beauty to our skin. The water in toddy palm seeds is used as a medicines for burnts, spots and rashes. These are not only for eating but we can use them as facepack. Making puree of them and mix milk powder in it. This mixture should be applied to your face and after few minutes we should wash it with water. Try to do this regularly then your skin get a glow.

Coconut:

The coconut water has character to shine hair and glow skin. In this summer season we can apply coconut water everyday by dipping a cotton in coconut water. After 3 minutes try to massage slowly. The darken skin will come to original color. Therefore, Skin becomes beautiful. By applying coconut milk and massage. After some time wash it with water and therefore, skin becomes sensitive and smooth.

            In a cup of coconut milk, add little banana puree, egg yolk, little multhana mitti and then mix them finely. Then apply to your hair. then your hair will shine and heat in your body reduces.

Water melon:

Having water melon everyday reduces heat in our body. As it contain more fiber and this fiber let out unwanted material from our body. Apply to water melon to face by dipping in honey. 2 minutes massage. Then skin will become fresh and health.

Kheera / cucumber:

By having kheera, we get required fiber to our body. Sulphur potatium, B- Comple vitamins are available in kheera. We can shine our skin and eyes by using kheera. Chop kheera and apply it to your face. After 10 minutes remove it. This will be good for your skin. We can apply it by adding honey in it.

Sandal wood / Chandan:

Apply the mixture of milk and sandal wood paste for 3 times a week. Then your skin will become shiny. The oily skin people can mi sandal powder in rose water. Thoug we take alot of care to our skin then also our skin look dull. so in that situation you should try to do facial. Try to clean your skin with the cleanser of marygold and Chrysanthemum flowers.
