The food we take will have importance according to age. children, people who are with lot of office responsibilities of age 25, people of 45 age with lot of problems should take food according to their age and their body needs.

          Actually the food which you have at the age of 20 contains calcium, Iron and poli acids mainly important. We should give importance to fruits, all varieties of vegetables in this age. Because fiber reducess stress on our body and mind. You need to have seeds 5 days in a week so that they provide us enough fiber. If you have dark green color vegetables then you will be healthy when you become pregnant as those vegetables contain poli acids. Try to have fish at least 3days a week.The omega3 acids present in fish will help you skin in glowing. How many vistamin food you take, your body should receive 100% vitamins. For this  vitamin c should e taken with food. If you add 1 spoon lime juice in salad and take salad then remaining vitamins will come into our body.

Disease healing power:

When you reach the age 30 then you need to prefer eating fruits which contain more anti - oxidents. These protect our skin becoming old and soften our skin. Carrot and soups should be taken in huge amount. the wallnut  and boiled ground nuts contains disease healing power. B and E  vitamin should need for getting  healing power. If you take seeds and leafy vegetables then there will be no iron deficiency.

Check to hormones problem:

When our age becomes 40 then we need to have vitamin food and should do regular exercises because heart problems, eye problems and even now  cancer problems occur in this age period only.

Fat reduction:

In 50 age, our digestion system will become weak so its suggest to have the food which digest very easily. The weight should be maintained according to the age. We should take alot care that diseases like diabetes. Type 2 diabetes does not occurs.for heart and calcium to be healthy then we should need to consume fish.

        When we eneter 60 of age then alot of digestion problems arises. If you want to avoid these digestion problems then you need gives more importance to have soups which prepare by rice cooked water, barli etc which available in home. Everyday try to stand in sun so that vitamin D deficiency will be covered.
