Healthy Morning

There will be no pollution at early mornings. Early morning, the breeze will be fresh and it provides us oxygen to our body. The breathing problems will be in control. The climate and atmosphere at early morning will be with peace so we can do meditation as it is good for health. Due to morning walk blood circulation will be done well.  There is change of productions of blood cells. Heart problems will go.

            If you wake early morning and participate in house hold work then most of the calories will be reduced from the body. Compare to others timings you work the calories used will be more at early morning. If you perform more exercises at afternoon and evening there will b less result but if you do early morning there will be good result. When wake after 8 hours sleep then blood vessels in brain will become active. So that any work you can do with activeness and concentration. As the endorphin hormone releases more, so there will be less stress. So physically and mentally you will be healthy.

            Try to make your children to wake early morning.

            Most of the working women do not take of themselves as they will be busy with household work, cooking and job. They even do not take breakfast as time is not sufficient to them. This is not good for their health. Early morning is a best time for performing meditation. This gives good result. The unwanted waste material will go out. The negative thoughts will go away.

            People who are suffering from not getting sleep; they should make a habit of waking early morning. So that their routine starts early. Then they will sleep at night time. So that digestive system also works well. Due to cartisole hormone in our body, an organ becomes strong. Some people cannot control their emotions. So such people should spend time with family and nature. Then they obtain peace. Waking early morning and preparing a plan about what things to do is best for having successful day.
