Methods to spend calories

Some people perform different exercises for reducing their calories and same people reduce their calories by having limited food and by doing household work.

1)Vitamin D has a capacity to reduce the calories in our body. The people who want to reduce their weight, they should take the D vitamin contain food. They should need to stand in the sun for 10 minutes. Most of the calories reduce by doing house hold work that is dish washing, bhrooming, cooking, and gardening. So try to do house hold work. 50 calories get reduce if you laugh for 5 to 10 minutes. So please try to laugh heart fully.

2)Limited break fast should be taken. Especially you need to have white egg yolk and oat mill. Try to take the food which contain more fiber in it. If you sit for hours, then the fat in your body will get accumulated for, every hour 5 minutes you have to walk.

3)You have to take food in time. Or else fat will be stagnated in your body. Stress also occurs. Try to perform exercises instead of watching tv for more time. Exercises like moving hand neck round direction. Try to make children. Then with in 10 minutes 150 calories will be lose.

4)Green tea reduces the calories. People who does not like to have green tea, can have black tea. Try to stop having oily food for snacks.

  Most of the people walk, while walking, whole body moves. Due to walking 10 to 15% of calories will go. You can even  do skipping this gives best result.

The physical exercises is the best solution for spending calories, like running, skipping, walking, cycling. If all these cannot be done by you, then a simple and exercise is, daily 5 times climb to your terrus and come down. Most the calories in your body will be reduced. 

NOTE: Don't ever do over exercises which is really harm to your health. Do slowly and increase the exercise little by little.
