Waking up early in the morning:

People in the ancient time were very healthy from inside and maintained their youthfulness throughout. This was mainly because of their healthy lifestyle and daily regular habits which help them gain that kind of a life. There are proverbs that say "health is wealth". Gaining good health is not something we can get in a day. It happens only by regular practice. Each practice in the ancient time had a truth behind it and also an explanation. But people nowadays have forgotten all the practices and are turning into new ideas following their own wish. Not all of them listen to the advice of their grandparents and parents.

One good example is that our parents and grandparents ask us to wake up early in the morning every day. But how many of us follow to obey them. It has numerous benefits. It improves the physical, psychological and mental behavior of a person. Following are the benefits of waking up early everyday:

Just try it one day to wake up early in the morning say at four, you will find that you have more time to carry out all the works of the day. When you feel that you have lots of time in hand then it is easy for you to carry out all the works properly.

The time from morning four to six is considered as the "brahma muhurtham" in hindu mythology. This also extends to say that waking up at that time will help relieve you of all respiratory ailments. Because at that time pure oxygen fills the atmosphere layer. At that time when we wake up and have a cool walk outside we get the whole lot of pure oxygen, which will spread to all the organs in the body removing all ailments.

But one point is that when we wake up early in the morning we must remember to sleep early because we had to give enough rest to all the organs especially the eyes. So sleep early and wake up early in the morning.

Prevent yourself from sleeping in the afternoon. It actually tempts you but try to do some other activity and prevent yourself from sleeping in the afternoon else you will gain weight.

Initially you might feel it difficult to wake up early every day. But regular practice can help. But do not give up even on weekends. This practice will help you greatly in life.
