So you have to try to reduce your stress!

If you are prone to headaches, consider the need to reduce stress. Include in the number of days to rest, to more effectively organize work, take time to recharge and relax. If you developed a pain allay! You need not have to live with headaches because the quality of life significantly worsens, distracts attention from assignments which can lead to accidents and the impact of this will be persistent pain in human relationships.
