Health is essential to look beautiful

  • Have a healthy diet. You are what you eat! A healthy body has charm so eat healthy foods like vegetables, fruits and fish. Take a smart diet with the right mix of proteins, fat and carbohydrates. Chooses stuffs with low fat and sugar content so that you don’t put of extra calories. Avoid too much of junk food. Have fresh fruits in your diet. And never skip breakfast. It is important to have 3 to 5 meals a day but do not overeat.
  • Drink healthy. It is important to have adequate quantity of water in a day. On an average you must have 3-5 liters of water in a day.   • Sleep well. A good sleep is essential to keep the body healthy. On an average you must sleep for 6-8 hours in a day. Sleep deprivation may end up giving you dark circles around your eyes.
