SKIN COLOR:

Do you all know which is the largest organ in the body? Nothing but the skin which covers the flesh of our inner body. It protects our internal organs from outside world and it adds to the beauty quotient. Skin has its own attributes like complexion , type and nature. Skin complexion is something which is inherited from birth and it mainly depends on the genes and chromosomes. But there are chances where skin complexion can improve by time or sometimes degrade. Reduction in skin complexion is caused due to external factors like tan , sun , dust and so. But proper care can reduce these complexion disorders. These external factors lead to many skin problems. These can be prevented when we take proper care of ourselves.

WASH YOUR FACE:

The foremost tip to reduce the complexion disorders is to wash face with mild face wash twice or thrice a day. It will be good if we do not use soap on face because it increases the roughness of skin and deteriorates the texture. Use some mild face wash like garnier or pears. Old people will encourage to use besan powder os face. But some times it may also increase the roughness and causes deterioration. Thus use some mild face wash.

TAN:

To prevent the occurence of tan reduce getting exposed to sun light especially during the afternoon times. It it is very compulsary that you wanted to go outside then cover your face fully. Apply some sunscreen lotion before going outside. Consult your skin doctor to get some nice lotion for skin. Make it a medicative decision and do find out if it gets on well with your skin. It may cause some allergies. In that case consult your doctor and ask for an alternative. 

CURD:

Wash your face with cold water when you feel very tired or your face seems to be hot. It might reduce the irritation. Try to apply curd when ever possible it will reduce the blemishes and will also reduce the discolorations. It will improve the overall color.  

DARK CIRCLES:

For dark circles try to use cucumber in small circles. Leave it for ten inutes and then remove it. Dark circles are mainly caused due to lack of sleep and tiredness. Also drink more water for the entire day and relax when ever possible. If you can get rose water then keep it in your kitchen and use cotton bals to dip it in that and place it on you eyes. This will reduce the dark circles. Dark circles deteriorate the overall beauty of the face. So never leave it to happen. It must be reduced.

INNER HEALTH:

Always keep your mind in a calm and relaxed state. Try to drink more water and eat more fruits and vegetables. Have natural fruit salads everday. Have honey with hot water daily in the morning. Do not drink more tea and coffee. Thus beauty is more influenced by the health of the inner self. Htus to keep skin healthy make it a daily routine to check your plate.
