FITNESS OF BODY:

Fitness of body will influence the whole life. When we are fit at the body level we feel energetic and confident. We are able to face the challenges of life easily. But the lifestyle of today’s world is making people lazy and lethargic which makes them unfit. But how do we stay fit in spite of the lifestyle that we follow. It lies in the mind of the person to decide on ways to stay fit. I would like to list down some simple tips to be followed in daily life to stay fit forever. I’m writing a list of habits to be followed and also the reason behind it to help all of you understand the principle.

SIMPLE WAYS TO STAY FIT:

  • Wake up early in the morning at least at the time between five to six. Make this a regular practice even on Sundays. Practicing regularly will make the practice easy.  When we wake up early we get to breathe the fresh oxygen which will clear the lungs and the entire respiratory system.
  • Drink three glasses of water before you drink or eat any other foods. Drinking water first every morning will cleanse the entire system and also will purify blood.
  • Try to drink mild hot water every morning. Hot water can remove all toxins and keeps the diseases far away. It will also make the nerves strong.
  • Walking every morning for half an hour is a very healthy practice. Walking will increase the blood flow to the heart and the brain. Increase in blood flow will improve the working of all the organs improving all the functions.
  • Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Also make sure you have a healthy fulfilling breakfast. It only plays a major role in producing blood. So do not skip your breakfast for any reason.
  • Whenever you get a chance to have frits or juices do not leave it. Try to drink juices which will add fluids and also nutrients.
  • Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Do make is a regular habit. Two liters of water gets excreted as sweat and urine a day. it is a must that we must replace the liquid that gets excreted. 
  • Do not gulp in lots of water when you get thirst. This is not good for health. Keep drinking little amounts of water throughout the day.
  • Do not drink water while eating. It will dilute the digestive enzymes that get secreted. So digestion will be reduced.
  • Eat in the regular times every day. Digestion becomes easier for the organs. 
  • Do not sleep during the day. It will reduce the working capacity of the organs. Especially sleeping after lunch will reduce the digestion power.
  • Do not strain yourself too much in the evening. Evening is the time to relax. So relax in the evening.
  • Have a light meal for dinner. Do not have any heavy dishes and oily dishes.  After dinner we usually sleep so food does not get digested properly.
  • Sleep in the regular time. Do not wake up for a long time at night. When we follow a proper time for sleep we will have the organs working properly.
  • Try to follow each of these habits and practice them regularly. Practice can make a man perfect and these tips can make all of you healthy. Health is most important in life. Stay healthy and happy.
