  1. In any season the best habit is to drink 2-3 liters or 8-10 glasses of water per day.
  2. Eating of fruits, vegetables and capsules containing fish oils.

  4. To prevent dryness daily while going to sleep  clean your face with hot water using cotton and apply moisturizing cream.
  5. Milk is a natural whitener prevents darkness. For better results apply milk on your face using cotton after becoming dry, splash with cold water.
  6. Those who suffer with dry skin apply olive oil before going to bath. After bath use moisturizer, sunscreen lotion is compulsory.
  7. Mix milk, milk powder and lime juice in equal ratio and apply to entire skin before going to bath you will definitely see the difference in your skin.
  8. By applying honey to your face it locks moisture in your skin.
  9. Applying  aloevera  juice is also a good moisturizer to your skin.

  14. Applying coconut oil or badam oil to your face before going to bath is good for your skin.
