There are different types of breast cancer are there.

DCIS: ductal carcinoma in sit, IDC: invasive ductal carcinoma, ILC: invasive lobular  carcinoma, inflammatory breast cancer, male breast cancer, recurrent breast cancer, metastatic breast cancer ect.

Symptoms:

Early breast cancer has no symptoms. It is usually not paiful.

Unexplained weight loss is occasionally herald on occult breast cancer.

Changes in the sizes and shape of  the breast.

Change the color of the skin around the nipple.

A discharge from the nipple.

Lump or thickening in the breast.

Nipple turned inward into the breast.

Causes:

In genes linked to breast cancer about 5 to 10% of breast cancers are believed to be hereditary.

Having no children may increase the risk for developing breast cancer.

Those who diagnosed on biopsy as proliferative or hyperplastic, do predispose women to the later development the breast cancer.

Women who received radiation therapy to the upper body, before 30 years of age have a significantly higher rate of breast cancer. (Hodgkin disease).

Women who start periods before 13years have a risk of developing breast cancer.

Cancer is caused by factors within your cells, that cause them to multiply at a faster rate than normal, leading to masses (aka tumors)

The relative can be from either the father’s side or mother’s, having a mother sister or a daughter with breast cancer about doubles a women s risk.

 

Medications:

No need to worry about breast cancer, it is a curable disease,

There are so many drugs that are used for breast cancer treatment, it can be used with or with out surgery, they are:

Herceptin , Tamoxifen, Taxol, Ellence, Docetaxel, Aromasin, Cyclophosphamide, Cytotoxic etc.,

2 treatment types are there, surgery and radiation therapy,

Lumpectomy is also conceder as a breast-conversing surgery.
