• Don't drink coffee more than two times a day. If possible avoid drinking coffee.

  • Don't take any pill with very cold water. Use water at room temperature or luke warm water.

  • Don't have heavy food after 5 pm in evening.

  • Drink more water in the morning and less at night. Otherwise you won't have a good sleep because of frequent urination.

  • Don't lie down immediately after taking medicine.

  • Massage the foot of our body regularly as many organs of our body have their sensory touches at the foot.

  • Eat healthy fruits like banana, apple, pomogranate, orange etc daily. Fruits should be eaten in empty stomach to give best results.

  • Don't sit and work in computer for long hours. Every 30 minutes take a break and keep your eyes on some other thing.

  • Don't eat in hotels and fast foos restaurants regularly. Have it once in a while.

  • Don't add more spice, salt and oil to the food.

  • Don't watch TV very closely. Keep atleast 20 feet distance between you and TV.

  • Don't skip breakfast. Many young people are skipping breakfast today and they say they don't have time. If you don't have time atleast drink atleast 2 glasses
    of Oats .

  • Use garlic in your food atleast once in a week to relieve gastric troubles.

  • Reduce smoking and drinking alcohol as it will shorten your life.

  • Don't eat any tobaccco related items.

  • Don't hear music by keeping sound very loudly.It will damage the ears.
