Eat healthy! Eat well!

Eat good food and play games well. It is heath for your body. Good means green (vegetables) food eats more.

Savita did not wake up on time. She had to rush to catch the school bus. There was no time for breakfast. In the second period she started feeling sick and tired.

A train needs diesel. It won’t run without it. A car needs petrol to move. We need good healthy food to become strong.

Even good food can harm us if it is not clean. Fruits and vegetables must be washed in clean water.

Rice, dal, beans, chana, etc. also need to be washed.

Kitchen must be kept lean. Food and water should be covered.

Play for fun and fitness

Eating healthy food and staying clean is good. To become really fit we also to exercise. So play, jump, hop, skip, run, jog, swim and have fun. You will eat better, sleep better and learn better.

Before playing any games make sure ou wear proper play-games.

You should also run around or jog on the pot for warming up. Don’t do it too fast. You will get tired before the game.

Don’t ever play games in dangerous places, after playing, cool down by doing warm ups.

Play this simple game with a solid rubber ball and a strong wall.

Draw a line on the spot from where you want to hit the wall. Now you are ready to start… here we go!

1) Throw the ball at the wall. Don’t let bounce. Catch it.

2) Throw the ball. When it comes back let it bounce five times before you catch.

3) Throw the ball at the wall and catch it with one hand.

4) Turn around and catch it.

5) Clap three times and catch.
