All men and women want their hair to be in shape and perfect . Thus in this article i have written down some ways to maintain the hair and keep them healthy and clean.

1.Healthy diet- One should make sure that the diet he eats is healthy. It should contain right amount of proteins, vitamins and minerals. Some people say that how healthy is your diet reflects on your hair.

2.Cold water- Never shampoo hair with hot water . Cold water is the best for your hair.

3.Applying oil- Oil should be applied to hair atleast once or twice a weak.

4.Using egg on hair- Egg is excellent for hair. Many people use it for giving shine to hair.After applying hair oil egg should be applied to hair once a weak.

5.Protecting the hair while swimming- When you are swimming try to wear a cap to protect the hair from chlorinated water and make sure to shampoo and condition your hair right after you finish your swimming.

6.Avoid hair products containing alcohol- Hair products which contain alchohol are harmful for health they dry out the hair so avoid their usage.

7.Hair dryer settings- Hot air from hair dryer can damage the hair so when you use a hair dryer to dry your hair. Use a cool setting in your hair dryer when drying your hair.

This are few of the tips that you can follow to maintain your hair and keep them in shape.
