How to reduce weight?

Every one love to have good body structure and less weight. But according to the changes of life style most of the people are suffering from obesity. So to avoid such problems we need to follow few things.

This helps your digestive system and the hunger also to be in control.

Asthma

When the changes occurs between the ways from nostrils to lungs where air move then taking breath will become difficult. Finally this leads to asthma. This may be a temporary problem. This is a disease which occurs without any genes. In every generation, someone or the other will be the victim of this disease. When we get affected by cold, viral infection then this disease affects us.This disease can be seen in small kids mostly of age 3. The 50% of the children getting affected in the age of 6 also.

This disease is known as Milky asthma. There are 3 reasons for the effecting of asthma.

1.The way where the air moves from nostrils to lungs, that way gets contract.

The imbalance in autonomic nervous system is the primary reason. The sufferers of this will be of age 30 and above.

The cough, snoring, weariness are seen mainly in the asthma patients.
