Women are the backbone in the family and the society. They play multiple, critical and vital role in the family and the society. They always spend their time in supporting the family and society and not taking enough care about themselves. They are not aware of most of the diseases that affect them easily. As a result women have become prone to the following diseases easily.

Obesity

Women mostly sitting at work are now easily prone to the obesity problem which is the root cause for diseases like diabetes, stress, knee pain, back pain, Polycysticovary syndrome etc., We don’t have shortcuts as exposed in the advertisements to prevent obesity or to reduce overweight. We can prevent it by having balanced diet or by swimming, doing exercise, walking, cycling regularly.

Depression

There are many potential causes for and contributing factors to depression among women and it is likely that genetic, biological, chemical, hormonal, environmental, psychological, and social factors all intersect to contribute to depression. By being confident, getting correct medication and meditation and socializing will help them to overcome out of depression.

Sleep disorder

Women are working till late nights without sleeping in graveyard shifts and the excess use of computer leads to stress which in turn sweeps away the sleep. By doing meditations and by avoiding caffeine and other stimulants we can diagnose sleep disorder.

Cervical spondylosis

Women doing a job that requires heavy lifting or a lot of bending and twisting causes chronic neck pain which leads to cervical spondylosis. It is a degenerative disease in which there is abnormal wear on the cartilage and bones of the neck. By doing exercises related to shoulders and neck will make your neck muscles stronger which in turn relieve your neck pain.

Breast Cancer

Women working in the grave yard shifts are having a risk factor to develop breast cancer 4 times higher than the morning people. It is thought that disruption to the body clock and the resulting changes in levels of the 'darkness' hormone melatonin might be responsible along with sleep deprivation.

Endometirosis

It is being called "the working women's disease." It is a common health problem in women and it occurs when the tissue endometrium grows outside of the uterus on other organs or structures in the body. Keeping low amount of body fat by exercising regularly will help you to be away from this disease.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)

This disease occurs in 5% to 10% of women by the improper balance of hormones which is the most common cause of infertility. Symptoms of this disease are acne, excess growth of hair in the face and body, weight gain and trouble losing weight, irregular period and fertility problems. We can cure this disease by reducing body weight, using medicines that reduce the insulin resistance and by regular exercise.

Hypothyroidism

Hypothyroidism occurs when the thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormone which is essential to run the body's metabolism. Thyroid problems and the presence of antibodies against the thyroid are more common in women. Symptoms may appear suddenly and include severe muscle cramps in the arms, legs, neck, shoulders and back. Exercise is the most important factor in the treatment of hypothyroidism.

Hair loss

Hair loss is a basic problem for women. Everyone loses roughly 100 hairs from their head every day. Severe or sudden physical or emotional stress, crash diets (lack of protein) and high fever or severe infection may cause hair loss. Prevention includes good hair hygiene, regular shampooing, and good nutrition. 

Back pain

Women mostly sitting at work for a long time will become easily tired and affected by back pain.  By positioning your computer properly, sitting properly in the seat and finally taking break at regular intervals we can avoid back pain.
