Nausea is a type of stomach problem. One feels a lot of uneasiness in the stomach. A person feels that he is sick and feels that he may any time vomit. 1. Food poisoning- Food poisoning may be one of the reason of Nausea. Food poisoning is caused due to the bacteria present in the food. Food poisoning leads first to vomiting and then to Nausea.It begines begin some hours of eating the food.

2. Alcohol and drugs - Having a lot of drugs and alcohol can lead to stomach upset and Nausea.

3. Over-eating- Eating more than a regular normal diet can lead to Nausea.

4. Digestion problem - If one fails to digest food properly one can get nausea.

5. Long term travelling - Long journey or travelling for hours in bus or train can cause Nausea
