Some tips to improve your Self Confidence.

First you need to identify your successes. Give permission to yourself to take decision for you.

Look in the mirror and smile. Create different types of emotion in front of mirror.

Exercise and eat healthy food daily. Include fruits in your food.

Do not unhappy what others have achieved just concentrate on your target that you want to achieve.

Write down things that are good about you. Then read the list back. Then write bad things about you and read that list daily and cross if bad things have remove so by this way one day you all bad things will remove..

Don't be afraid to push yourself against work pressure or other type of pressures.

You can try joining fitness class this will help build confidence and strength.

Donate new clothes to poor children if they really need clothes.

Try to make yourself talk positively at all times.

Don't get wrapped up in your mistakes and dwell on bad points;

Don't confuse what you have with who you are.

Surround yourself with true friends that really encourage you time to time,
