Now you can pay all the utility bills like Telephone, Electricity,Mobile Gas and Insurance payments in one place using your Visa Debit / Credit card. Follow the steps below to pay the bills easily.

Registration

1. Go to the website www.visabillpay.in. A window like the one below appears on the screen.
2. Click the link "Not registered?Register now" link on the right side of the page. A window like the one below appears on the screen.

3. Fill all the mandatory fields marked by * like E-mail address, password,First name,Address,Pincode,State,Date of Birth, Alternate mail id, Secret question, Secret answer etc. The date of birth and alternate email id are used to help you in case you forgot your password. So please provide the correct information. After filling all the information select the check box named 'I accept the terms and conditions of this service' and click I agree button.
4. Next window will ask you to read the information you have entered once again and click confirm button.
5. Once step 4 is done, you are successfully registered with the site and a confirmation mail will be sent to the email address provided by you.

Adding Billers

Now the next step is to add the desired billers we need.
1. Go to www.visbillpay.in
2. Enter your login Id ( Login Id is nothing but the email address you provided during registration ) and password and click go button.A window like the one below appears on the screen.

3. Click the link Add Biller provided on the left hand side of the page.A window like the one below appears on the screen.

4. Select the state / city in which you are residing and click Go button. For example,you are residing in Mumbai select mumbai and click Go button.A window like the one below appears on the screen.

5. Here you can find the list of all available billers for your city / state. Add the biller you want by clicking the link 'Add biller' on the corresponding biller name. 
6. If you can't find your desired biller,click the Email us link on the bottom of the page and send the information about the biller you wish to add.

Payment

1. Once the billers are added, click the View/Delete biller and pay your bills. 
2. You can view your past payments  and current payments by clicking the past payments and payments in progress links respectively.
