When you invite your friends and relatives for lunch it is good if you arrange or decorate the dining table in a good manner because we all know that if the ambiance is nice than the food is also feels good. Here are some tips which you can use to decorate your dining table.

Table Cloth

If you want to give your dining table a glamours look than use the table cloth which has a beautiful border of  silk, satin or brocade. Embroidered table clothes also look good as it gives a very beautiful look to your table. If you wish to make ir simple than you can use cotton table clothes these will give a decent look to your table.

Runner

Runner will save your table cloth and the finish of your table with the hot food. These should be kept in the middle of the table lengthwise. Try if you get them in the contrast of your table cloth as it adds beauty to your table.You can also use Trivets (wooden stand) for putting hot dishes on table.

Cutlery

This is very important part of any dining table as your guest will use them for eating food so placed it nicely. First you have to decide that what kind of cutlery you are going to use. Put table mats in front of every seat, than put the dinner plates in the centre of the mat. Keep salad and chapati plate in the right of the dinner plate. Put glass, spoon and other cutlery in the left side of the dinner plate.

Napkin

You can put the napkin under the fork and spoons or put them in dinner plate. You can put the napkin in many types just fold them in rectangle shape, classic fold , note fold, ring fold or you can make daisy fold also its up to you and your creativity.

Decoration of Table

1. You can put the fresh flowers in flower vase to make atmosphere fragrant and live.

2. Always put Salt and Pepper shaker on the table.

3. Put the pickle in a beautiful bowl with spoon.

4. If you invite your guest for dinner than you can place candles on dinner table to give it a look of candle light dinner.

5. You can also put  petals of fresh flowers in a beautiful glass bowl and add floating diyas in it , this will increase the beauty of your table.

6. Play light music.

How to serve

Always serve the food from right side of the guest and serve the desert at last.

Remove the plates from the left side.

Being a host it is good that you serve for yourself at the last.
