Success never come by itself, you all would agree to it . To some people success comes quickly , and to some it takes time to get that level . Have you ever analysed the reason behind the success of the great people . Definitely hard work does pay but only hard work is nothing in the long run . Some points are to be remembered for getting success . GOOD RELATIONSHIPS :- What! You would wonder . What the shit good relationship have to do with success . And good relationship with whom? So let me try to clarify things . Since no man is an island , we have to live with people around us . If you are an student , for betterment in your exam you have to keep good relationship with your fellow students . So that only you can discuss the problems with them and improve in your studies . Like that if you are employee you should keep good relationship with your boss and colleagues to get better working environment and necessary help when you are in some problem . Now if are the boss you are very much required to keep good relationship with the people working under . In an profitable business every owner should make their workers pleased for the smooth running of his business . TIME MANAGEMENT :- For getting success only hard work can get you nothing if are not utilising your time properly . Make a time table or schedule to get the best out of you . If you make a time table of doing what work in what time and how much , it will certainly be easy for you to make the most in a day . Even in a job or business proper utilisation of time can only be done if you make time table . For students it is highly necessary to study according to a time table so that they can balance between their school time , study time and play time and also get success . BE COOL :- Very simple sentence , very simple meaning but this got a major impact on our life . In every stage of life calmness or coolness can archive you a lot more things you have ever imagined . If you want to keep your success with you , be cool . Don’t ever get over stressed about anything . If something bad happens to your business or as   a student you get poor results . Don’t worry you can again achieve those which once were your if only you keep yourself cool and   find out where the problem was . If you remain cool you will find ways to sort out things and find out better ways of getting success . THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY :- Above all these you should recognise and follow the right opportunity when it comes to you . Opportunity never comes again and again . Shortcut is the easiest way to reach your destination but the right opportunity is the legitimate way of getting success . In a shortcut you may face problems in future . So guide yourself . THE BLESSINGS OF ELDERS :- The blessings of elders is very important in your way of success . Our elders have got experience in life , living life and getting success . They can guide you in your road to success . Their experience can even help us in keeping the success with us . So in need when every door is closed just try getting some tips from your elders , they will surely guide you with their experiences .
