Life is not easy to summarize in a few quotes;, especially when it comes to children. Parents and other significant people(herein after referred to as parents) in the lives of children need to learn that do not deal with extensions of their personal tastes, aspirations  they do not like, and while feeding your dreams small, but help them (children) develop as people able to live independently in society.
Some important points worth bearing in mind when handling the growth of children is given below

1. Do not slow down the children but lead them: The child may commit errors (like food spill, fall into the water or making errors at work at home). Let him experience the feeling of making mistakes (at least for the first time) and propercorrective action on its own if it is a deadly or dangerous nature.
2. Do not do all spoon-feeding for the child (food in the form of personal involvement). Allow the feeling that it is his / her own life and all that others can do is an example for him to  get the right path and overcome major obstacles on this road.
3. Not control the child's life: It leads child  to lose the autonomy available to it, and become unable to face the world in a natural way. Help your child recognize right or wrong (within the rules of family life, society, organizations or institutions) and also to apply the necessary corrections.
4. Do not raise kids feelings of guilt for a long time . Make a child understand and do everything he can do to correct it.
5. Help children set goals appropriate to their age or situation: They should not fight for the dreams of parents, but  for themselves. When they set their goals, parents can encourage and help children achieve them.
6. Teach children to organize their lives (assuming that the parents even know how to organize their own lives). Time management, management of the study, money management, hygiene, punctuality, etc. are some areas where children need to organize their lives.
7. Has a value system in place. If the value system of the parents themselves are defective, you can not expect children to develop a value system of their own to make them socially compatible. Parents should look inward and make socially appropriate values that can be copied by children in their daily lives.
