Friendly nature is a gift
In this fast generation, it is very important for one to be friendly with everyone. Friendly nature is just like a gift. Being friendly help us to grow fast in our career and in persona life also. One should be friendly in every step of life; only then one can be successful in life. Life is not always the same; we all come through new incidents and new people, so we should be always flexible and adjust to the circumstances. But some of us feel very shy to talk to new people which s said to be a problem. 50% of the population is facing the same problem. But if we make up our mind and struggle a bit, then we can come out of this problem and lead a successful life and develop friends all around. It all depends on you that how much you involve yourself and are friendly.
Whatever work we do, we should start it slowly. Learning to be friendly is also the same. First of all write all the names of the people you know. You may feel free to talk to some and feel uncomfortable to talk to some others. So firstly give all of them a grade which you feel comfortable. For example A to people whom you are more free, B to people whom you feel a bit comfortable to talk, etc with this process you will feel more confident and try to talk mingle with people.
Coming to career, most of us don't like listening to words such as 'no, not possible' from the opposite person. So we never discuss our requirements with others. This usually happens in the matter of career. With this feeling we never say about ourselves to others. But one thing should be kept in mind we cannot say that all are same. So whoever it may be first we should tell about our self to others. If we say about our self when ever time comes, we help others to know about us and our capacities. By this they will also say about you to others and at the same time they will guide you with new opportunities.
We should not always think about our self but we should also be thinking about others. For example while going through net, if you come across any good article about jobs, say it to others who is in need of job or any other thing. This small try is also a way to grow your network. Try to be in contact through emails by sending such useful informations and articles.
This is how we have to try to become more and more friendlier. By this we can grow our network as well as we can gain success in life.
