Process involed on a Garments Manufacturing
Garments is the second layer of our skin, Garment is one of the essential things which we need to live in this world. Without garment we cannot able to get out of our house. so, garment is the second layer of our skin.
Garment - this is the word we know very well but, for making a Garment, there are many proces. They are.
- Fibre - source
- Fibre to yarn - spinning
- Yarn to Cone - winding of yarn in a cone shapped tool
- Cone to Knitting - knitting the yarn into fabric
- Fabric to Dyeing - dyeing the fabric with chemicals to get desire colours.
- Dyed fabric to garment factory - after dyeing fabric will goes to garment factory
These are the processes, only for getting the fabric to the garment factory. so, After getting the fabric to the garment factory. The factory has some procedures to make the fabric into garments they are as follows.
- First for making a garment we need a style (eg. t-shirt, pant, shirt, trousers etc.,)
- After selecting a style we need to make a Pattern for the selected style.
- Patterning requires some important measurements (eg. chest, waist, bottom, length etc.,)
- Based on the pattern the fabric is going to cut.
- After cutting the cutted fabric goes to stitiching.
- After stitching the garment get full finished, and also now we can able to wear.
- After stitching and finishing of garment it goes to checking - to trim all extra threads and also to check for stains and holes.
- Finally the garment gets packed and goes for sales.
