HI friends in this article I am going to discuss one of my favorite hobbies and accidently, this turned out to be very essential for everybody’s life, and this is none other than sleeping. At first everybody used to scold me for sleeping many hours, but now I am proud that I can sleep for more than 6 hours per day.

As a matter of fact “Sleep is more important than Food”. Ya, seems to be strange but this is the truth. We can even live without food and manage with water foe more than three weeks, but this is not the case here, because every person needs sound sleep. But still, we must appreciate people because they try to break the records and to know about the person who set the world record for not sleeping for around 264 hours, please click here.

To be frank I consider sleep as an art, because many people find it difficult to sleep due to stress and tension. I am not sure about my situation in future but I wish that I have a good sleep even after joining my job and I want to be relaxed and be cool, during any stress situation. When we talk about sleep, we used to dream and from my point of view I have experience dreams often, but I can’t say that I dream every day.

I don’t know the exact reason for this, but one thing I can say is that whenever we concentrate on anything or show interest, and when we sleep thinking about that, w might dream about that. This is very often and once I had a dream about what cash credits I would get for the article which I have posted in Boddunan, the previous night. But I couldn’t recollect anything now and not only this, there is a tendency that we used to forget what we had dreamt, but can manage to know the outline or about what we have dreamt.

From biological point of view, experts divided sleep under two categories and they are called as

i)Non Rapid Eye Moment(NREM) sleep
ii) Rapid Eye Moment (REM) sleep

NREM is also called as S- synchronized sleep and here the activation of autonomous nervous system is les and hence the chance for dreaming is less here.

In the case of REM, the autonomous nervous system is activated and very often we dream in this case
