Have you ever think,why people become lazy?Basically, no-body is lazy. Life without a GOAL makes one lazy. With passage of time, we take life in a routine manner, without any GOAL and becomes lazy.

To get active all the time, one needs motivation. Only GOALS can motivate us to live our life abundantly and moreover actively. First think of your Goal. Secondly think, why you have set that particular Goal. It is the Goal and the reason behind it that is all you need. The reason behind a Goal is the factor which gives actual strength to your GOAL. Once you know about it, you will feel motivation to achieve it, thus activation in your body. Goals can be short term or long term. Short term Goals are those which are achieved within a few days,like learning any hobby or making some purchases for your self / family etc.Long term goals are those which take years to achieve like purchasing your house, making your retirement planning etc.  Long term Goals need detailed planning and once it is done, its implementation process starts. But being a long term Goal, it will take time. With start of process of  implementation, we feel satisfied and again becomes lazy, because the implementation has been started. The Short term Goals are the actual source of your activation, your motivation. Once the Goal is achieved, set another Goal with reason behind it and go for it. Thus the BIG SECRET to get motivated all the time are short term GOALS and a strong REASON behind it.

Thus following are the three steps to get motivated all the time, living our life actively, fully charged:

Step-I -Think of a Goal, which you want to achieve. Write it on a paper and hang the paper on wall in front of you,so that it is visible to you ,whenever you enter your room.

Step-II-Now think of the reason,why you have set this GOAL. Reason gives actual strength to your GOAL. Write it below your GOAL on the paper(Paper of Step-I)

Step-III-Now think of actions, you would require to achieve your GOAL.

Step-IV-After finalizing you GOAL, Reason behind it and planning to achieve it, go for it.Act on the actions you planned.

YOU ARE MOTIVATED.YOU ARE ACTIVE.
