It is none other than the legend, Michael Jackson’s, glove. Even though Jackson his dead, no one in this world will forget his dance and millions of diehard fans all over the world consider him as the god.
Born in 1958, Jackson was very talented and even at his young age, he started performing with his brothers. Later he started to do projects on his own, and slowly and steadily, he became very famous and all his albums were huge hit. Talking about his albums, we must mention about the record album “Thriller; which was released in 1982 and it was a smash hit, with 27 million copies sold all over the world. For more than 9 month this was at the top position and not only that it also won 8 Emmy awards for Jackson.
Apart from many controversies, Jackson was very good and also had the helping tendency. In 1985 he released the album called “We are the world” performed by a group of 40 members. He donated the entire amount that he earned in this album to those people who are suffering from hunger. Jackson performed in his own way, and that made him the star. His dance steps were so fast and this made people to follow him wherever he goes.
He used to wear a white glove in his hand and after his death in June this went for auction very recently. Actually this auction was arranged by Julian Auction Center and they also decided to auction many of his belongings. They expected that the Jackson’s glove will g to a price as high as 25 lakhs. But they were taken by surprise and they also realized how crazy Jackson’s fans were.
Finally the auction went to a Honk Kong hotel owner called as Hoffman Ma and he got the glove for 1.75 crores. He was very happy in getting this and moreover he also said that he will keep this valuable property in his hotel, so that all could see this valuable property of Jackson. This shows the love and affection, that the people have for him, even though he is dead. He is a legend and will be remembered forever.
