Regionalization and its effect on indian economy

These are just general rules, it all depends on your general capacity and talent to manage. Gender is only a small facet in the picture. Ideally, a blend of different characteristics make a good and infallible team

Giving one's own region more importance w.r.t. industrialization, development will accumulate the country's wealth in clusters. This is because all regions are not politically strong enough to claim their requirements from the central government (Orissa is still one of the most underdeveloped states, while Gujarat is developing at an exponential rate)

Clustering of wealth in already developed areas will only make the rich richer and poor poorer. Thus, GINI index will increase resulting in economic instability. This could prove devastating to the Indian economy.
