Christmas Celebration.
Hello friends! From thousands of years before there was the birth of famous man, who use to teach a lesson of love,he was JESUS .His birth is celebrated as a festival of CHRISTMAS. when we think red and white clothes, white long beards flying in the air, an old man with lot of purity , politeness in his eyes .He is the man who comes from north Pole to give gifts to us and bring lots of enjoyment.He comes from North pole and thats why children waits for him to come. He is SANTA CLAUS.Children gets excited seeing Santa Claus .
Do you Know that who was the first man who introduced this new system of giving gifts to children? He was SAINT NICOLAS. He was orphan. Living in monastery ,in the age of 17 he became the father of church.He served many people and help at lot.He helped a lot to poor people. He used to fill useful thing in a big bag and used to thro away from his window. Poor and needy people use to see this bag and use it.After his death he was called "SAINT". In the Catholic Church when prayer is done ,his name is always taken.
In Germany, he was called SAINT NICOLAS and in Holland, he was called CENTER CLASS. In 17th Century, American Version came out and he lastly called "SANTA CLAUS".
In 1822,his first cartoon came out and at time he became the center of attraction to people.Do you Know that who was the one who created his beards? He was Thomas Nest ,a politcan cartoonist, who made his beards. This was so much famous that many companies took the advantage and use in their advertisement.
We love Santa claus so much that he had made a permanent place in our heart. Santa Claus is the center of attraction to children. He was very helpful to poor people and this made him a good ,pure person. He is not there with us still we love him.Now a days we see santa claus in greeting cards, in decorative things,advertisement etc.We celebrate christmas by eating cake, decorating christmas tree,singing jingle bells.
Its great enjoyment and love this.
Very few of the people would know that where Saint Nicolas was living , many of small children were killed and were hidden under ground. Saint nicolas had made them alive. He was very helpful to children and poor people.
When Christmas comes the happiness of children increases day by day. Santa Claus bring lots of gifts for them, so why not they become happy?Every year ,Children used to send lots of letter s to Santa Claus .It is estimated that, Children send more than 60 thousand letter to Santa Claus. It is not that Santa become lazy seeing lots of letters ,but he used to give answer to every letter.For the collection of letter many countries's postal department used to appoint many workers to differentiate letter. At many of letter there is just written SANTA CLAUS, NORTH POLE. In the month of December ,many letter comes like this. In Canada, Its postal department answer question in 26 languages and in Germany,its postal department answer question in 16 languages. Many countries used to answer through E-mail.
At many places, Santa Claus is called by various names. Like FATHER CHRISTMAS,Saint Nicloas and in Russia he is called" MORAZ.
Santa Claus gives us many thing . children desparately waits for this day to come. But do you ever thought what santa wants in return? As usual he gets thanks in return from us when he give gifts . But do you really wander that what more he wants from except thanks?
Now you will think that really Santa want from us? Friends he just wants that you should share love to each other,to help each other .This is what the duty of human beings. This is what the lesson he teaches to the world.
