Need to succeed
Success has been our satisfaction because we had been brought up in a world that feels so.
The basic need to success is first to know what is your success then only you can know weather you have succeeded or not and only success gives satisfaction because its what the society has made.
You know that each society has its own culture. If you are not successful you will not be respected, so its this respect that gives you a mental satisfaction that you have achieved a feet.
Success for you might be something unconventional. Society might not call it success, but it does not matter. As long as, you are truly satisfied with what you have, you are successful.
Success is game of hard work, fate & destiny.
Satisfaction is a internal bliss. One can be satisfied even with a failure but even total satisfaction cant be achieved by getting something you refer as success. An old saying no one is ever fully satisfied.
We are ego monsters. We need to push our ego to find evanescences of happiness even when someone makes a "sacrifice", he is in his heart feeding his ego of the feeling " I gave something up and did not tell anyone".
Similarly, we define "success" in our own words, when we should really define ""ego-food" .in the process if we get appreciated, we find ourselves getting more and more of this ego food.
