Sweet Home
Owning a home is a great deal for youngsters without any financial back support in the present economic condition. Owning a home is dream for many people, where only few affort to buy with some back support from family and friends financially. Some people may not have any kind of source and rely for loans which many bank faciliates with terms and conditions.
Ravi being a Proffesional and having a good pay scale, He wished to buy a new home for his family. Well Ravi started searching a new flat or appartment in good locality and search came to end almost after an yeara and finalised a new home as he was dreaming in a good locality. The appartment had many facilities within the compound such as yoga centre, health and fitness centre, swimming pool , a spa and garden with a beautiful water fountain.
The appartment he had choosen was in the fifth floor, which was fully furnished and was ready to occupy. From the balcony was able to view the site of garden and the sunrise .Since his appartment was in the fifth floor was able to feel the fresh breeze all the time when windows kept open.
The first question raised in his family is, do we need to get this luxury appartment as it was costing much higher and they did not want to waste his saving in a single luxury appartment and his family memeber came up with some new suggestions to buy few lands or plots for the same cost , which he was planning to invest for the new home. Initally he felt bit dissapointed as his family member did not support him but still had a urge to get that home.
Late decision might lead to loose the opportunity to get that appartment as there are more chances for someone else to get the same. He didnt not want to loose this dream home. Finally decided to get this new home and other procedures were completed to buy the home.
The House warming ceremony was arranged and all his friends and relatives were invited for the new house warming ceremony. A small tea party was arranged later in the evening.He was able to feel the happiness among the family members as Ravi was highly appriciated for the beautiful home and good locality. At last they relocated to the new home which was filled with lots of love and happiness. Ravi had a feel that he had achieved something great and his life time dream came true.
