GADGETS....Love it, don't we?

Whether we admit it or not, it is a fact that all of us are advancing into a society where gadgets have become a part & parcel of our life. Right from the time we get up from our bed until we go back to bad, we are like puppest in the hands of the various top-class gadgets in & around us. Technology has progressed a lot. We see loads of new gadgets coming out in the market each day. The craze for gadgets is increasing day by day. Gadgets like Ipods, Ipads, Laptops, Cameras & last but not the least, cell phones are an integral part of a person's life. We cannot live our lives without mobiles. Forget elders, even small children cannot stay away from their mobiles. More than the need of such gadgets, its the ego that compells us to buy newer gadgets. For eg: If our friend gets a latest model of an object, its because of the ego & pride which makes us buy them. But is this craze for our good? No it isn't! Yes, I do agree that gadgets make our way of living simple. Lot of work load is reduced because of gadgets & our precious time gets saved. Other than that they're convenient to be used. But we should understand that we are only looking at the advantages. No one is concerned about its disadvantages. Gadgets too have their disadvantages & their side effects. People are becoming lazy day by day. For eg:Video Games, children spend all their day playing them. Its fun for them, but in return, they are lacking the fun of the outside world. Obesity is one major factor, kids are becoming obese. Internet & mobiles have completely mechanised the lives of children. Latest technology is making mankind more advanced but everything has its limit. Similarly, there should be a limit to the usage of such gadgets in our lives. So,we should understand that using the latest gadgets is no crime but being dependent on them is surely a crime. We all should try to control ourselves from the usage of the gadgets & live a comparatively happier life!
