Women have every right to do what they like
Women are doing better in every field
Women are on the way to progress in every field. They are finding their place in every field including defense, education, engineering, medical, sports, law, fashion & beauty, movies & television, mass media and you name it. The percentage of women in the field of education has gone up with a very fast rate. They are doing far better than men are doing in every field. One problem is making them taking the back seat in some areas, which is preventing them doing still better. They are not feeling safe in certain areas, which is the main draw back. The work environment is still not as it should be to give them a level playing opportunity.

Women are not safe on the roads
The biggest problem that is making them feel unsecured is the law and security of the women. The way women are facing harassment on the crowded streets no woman wants to go out alone in some particular areas. They feel more unsecured if they have to go out to work in night shifts. The rural people are still giving preference to their male children than girls, which again is another main reason for women to take a back seat. This is one of the major reasons for women to feel depressed but they are coming out of this mentality at a fast rate.
The men oriented thinking
Men oriented thinking is one of the biggest problems which women are facing even in twenty first century, keeping back women up to a certain extent. There are so many people suggesting them about the carrier they should select for themselves. They are not, allowed to choose a carrier for themselves according to their own choice but some one in the family would take this decision for them. That is not fair as they want to take-up some thing else and not what the carrier which is like forced on them. The people with orthodox mentality still do not count them who can take independent decisions for themselves.
There are certain points:
1- If we have to see, our women folks take their proper place in the society we shall have to make a combined effort to make them powerful.
2- Women are not asking for any thing on a charity level, this is their right, which every one shall have to grant them without any hitch.
3- We shall have to see that they get a fare share in every field including social, political and ancestral property.
4- Women should have the right of decision in every field including their family and themselves in particular.
5- Right to education and jobs must be among the basic rights with in their easy reach.
6- The most important point while we discuss about women empowerment should be the law that supports them particularly against atrocities. This should not be only on papers but practically.
7- Every one should see that women get her fundamental rights of living as an equal and enjoys as much as their male counterparts do.
8- Education is all right but this should come to them naturally, right to live and right to education, which our governments provide to them but we seem to overlook whereas these should be our priorities.
9- We should do every thing to uplift the self-confidence of our women folks if we want to see them grow. There would be no development in our social and cultural atmosphere if our women do not get what they deserve, their right of equality.
