The timings for verification, tests and issue of Learner's license in the RTO office in chennai is from 9 a.m to 10 a.m.  it was a wednesday and i went and sat in the queue at 8.30a.m.  People who came for this were standing all over the compound because there was no clear indication about the procedure.  The person incharge of verification of documents came at 10.30.  And alas all people just rushed to him without any discipline or queue.

I think military training should be made compulsory for all Indian citizens so that they have some discipline in them.  After waiting for 2 hours, I had to go behind all those who had come later than me and finally i got the work completed by 12. 

Will the government authorities look into the matter and follow the office timings so as to avoid waste of useful resources like time and human energy?
